Troubleshooting

Here you will find solutions for common problems with the wärmeleser.

WiFi won't connect

  • Red LED permanently lit: WiFi not connected. Reset the wärmeleser (see Device Reset) and run app setup again.
  • Check that your router provides 2.4 GHz WiFi.
  • Check the WiFi password and signal strength.

No data in the app

  • Make sure the wärmeleser is powered and the green LED (WiFi connected) is lit.
  • Open the app and check whether the device is shown as online.
  • If problems continue: perform a reset and set up again.
